- legal advice related to the preparation of legal opinions concerning industrial premises and the latter’s acquisition,
- drafting investment undertakings’ analyses from the viewpoint of their compliance with both Polish and European Union’s environmental protection provisions together with the potential downside risk connected with their completion,
- counselling given with regard to conducting of the environment protection investments related to all stages of the spatial planning’s proceedings and construction process,
- rendering legal advice for “socially / locally unaccepted construction activities”, e.g.: landfills of waste, waste-water treatments, long-distance pipelines etc.;
- drafting analyses related to the purchaser’s liability risk in connection with the current and later disclosed damages incurred to the environment while disposing of the undertaking, real properties or other assets as well as the construction of indemnity (security) clauses in the given contracts,

- rendering legal advice for licensed experts in the environmental protection and nature protection field in relation to the opinions performed by the latter, personal rights protection and civil liability.
