preparation of the legal opinions in relation to the administrative requirements in the investment process, according to the type and nature of the investment in question;
performing the due diligence analyses of the real properties and other assets;
assessment of the participation’s risk in the systems of building and sale of the construction objects;
legal advice and representation of the Investor with the Locally Unwanted Land Use (LULU);
legal advice related to the public tenders proceedings, to which the construction works are the subject thereof;
representing the Investor in front of the municipal bodies and administrative courts in relation to the procedure of the local spatial plan’s amendment; representing the Investor in front of the administrative bodies, institutions, offices and courts in relation to the proceedings connected with: the determination of the public aim investments’ location, issuance of the decisions on premises’ conditions and sites’ management as well as decisions on building’s permissions; defending the rights and interests of the Client, who does not have an Investor status in the aforementioned issues;
