preparing the legal opinions and representing the Client in front of all courts, administrative bodies, institutions and offices on all commercial and civil law issues connected with the pursuance of claims to abandon environment’s infringement, claims to restore the previous state or to make good the damage caused as well as to ban or restrict the activities endangering the environment,
representing the Client in front of all administrative bodies, institutions and courts in connection with the proceedings on issuing permits for introduction of substances and energy to the environment, including integrated permits and other decisions related to the environment protection as well as both water-supply-and-sewage and waste management,
preparing the legal opinions and representing the Client in all courts, administrative bodies and institutions in connection with the environmental protection issues, both water-supply-and-sewage and waste management, including those cases related to fines, fees and liability for damages incurred to the environment,
performance of the undertaking’s due diligence pursuant to the provisions normalising the environmental protection,
complex performance of the fulfilment’s appraisals on the environmental protection provisions’ requirements in respect to a State undertaking and a company established as a consequence of the commercialization act,
legal advice related to the incorporation of foundations, associations and commercial law companies, the conducted economic activity of which is connected with the environmental protection issues,
conducting expertises and co-operating in the process of establishing the systems of environmental management, in compliance with the requirements of ISO14001 norm; performing due diligence in order to appraise the above mentioned compliance with the set requirements,
