PRACTICE AREAS AND THE SCOPE OF RENDERED LEGAL ADVICE

Within both permanent and temporary complex current legal advice the chamber offers a diverse scope of services, namely:
  • the current legal advice in relation to the Client’s conducted business;
  • issues of the incorporation, mergers, acquisitions and liquidations of the commercial law companies as well as the incorporation of foundations and associations followed by the preparation of contacts, statutes and by-laws;
  • entering the commercial activity into a commercial register;
  • acquiring the necessary permits and concessions;
  • preparation of legal opinions and expertises together with drafting the contracts, trial’s correspondence and other acts;
  • analysing and verifying the documents submitted by the Client or its contracting party;
  • supervising the tender’s procedures pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Public Tenders (Procurement) and the Civil Code;
  • participation in negotiations, the object of which is to initiate, amend or terminate the legal relations, to which the Client is a party;
  • legal advice aimed at the preparation and closing of the Client’s conducted investments;
  • management of the Client’s assets, including real estates and other property rights;
  • risk management, including the assessment and prevention of existing threats;
  • granting the security interest and protection of the intellectual and tangible property;
  • representing the Client in courts of all instances, administrative courts, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court and arbitration courts in all disputable issues connected with the Client’s undertakings;
  • representing the Client in all administrative proceedings connected with the Client’s activities, including those related to the investment cycle and construction process;
  • performing, on behalf of the Principal, all creditors’ privileges and powers connected with the adjudged receivables, including the Client’s representation in all enforcement proceedings;
  • supervising the compliance with the applicable requirements related to the Client’s undertakings due to the directly binding legal provisions and keeping the Client informed about any changes in that particular subject, on the basis of the numerous publications and professional publishers or those being at the chamber’s disposal;
  • informing the Client about disclosed transgressions in relation to the compliance with law and possible legal consequences of such actions or inactions;
  • organizing and conducting the trainings commissioned by the Client.
