CURRENT LEGAL ADVICE
  • The chamber’s remuneration shall be set either as:
    • a monthly defined lump sum, set on a fixed fee basis, individually discused and negotiated with each Client in return for an agreement on permanent and complex legal service, or as
    • a remuneration once individually discussed and set together with a Client dependent on a nature and scope of the given mandate,
    each time increased by the Value Added Tax (VAT), added to the calculated amount in accordance with its effective rate, binding on the day of issuing the invoice.
  • Remuneration may be subject to an alteration in the event of change of terms of an extraordinary nature, which could not have been foreseen, and simultaneously may expose to or cause gross damage to the chamber itself.
  • Chamber is entitled to the additional remuneration, apart from the one agreed, for obtaining results bringing material financial benefits to the Client itself, in the fixed percentage ratio of the benefits in question (appreciation remuneration).
  • Remuneration shall be payable, due to the transfer order, to the chamber’s account, as indicated in the invoice, within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
  • The Client shall bear all expenses and costs incurred in relation to the applicable legal provisions, incurred by the chamber in providing the legal services for the Client, including, among others: taxes, both stamp duty and official costs, as well as notary and court costs and fees. In the event of covering the aforementioned expenses and costs by the chamber, it is together with payment of the remuneration that the Client shall reimburse them. The so-defined incurred costs are invoiced and payable by the Client within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
